VMS Software, Incorporated (VSI) is pleased to announce the availability of Samba for OpenVMS Version 4.6-5A for VSI OpenVMS Integrity. This new version of Samba is based on open source Samba 4.6.5. Samba is an open source product that allows clients (Windows, Linux, Mac) to access file and print services provided by OpenVMS.

VMS Software has added the enhanced Password Management software to strengthen the OpenVMS password security features for customers. Enhanced Password Management is now available for VSI OpenVMS V8.4-2L1 for Integrity and V8.4-2L1 and V8.4-2L2 Alpha systems.

VMS Software now owns and supports PERFDAT, the most comprehensive data collector and analysis tool available.
