Why We Collect
We collect the information above for the purpose of identifying our customers, holders of the community license, users of our wiki and forum. We need to identify our customers in order to issue quotes and invoices for them as well as provide the actual services (in particular, e-mail is used for further communication with the customer, such as providing credentials for accessing the training platform and training materials and instructions in case of instructor-led training). Users of the wiki and the forum need to be identified to have access to their personal dashboards and editing features (creating new threads on the forum and editing wiki pages). Community license applicants need to be identified in order to make the decision to grant the community license and to contact them with the licensing information when the decision is made.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit permission unless we are required to do so by law.
Users who provide their personal data may get the following e-mails:

- Community license application confirmation emails
- Community license PAK download links
- Community license decision emails
- Login credentials for accessing and training platform or registration links
