VMS Software Releases OpenVMS V9.1-A
VMS Software, Inc. is happy to announce OpenVMS V9.1-A, an improved beta release of OpenVMS on x86. New features include:
- Initial DL380 support (FC storage and boot, i350 Intel NICs, P440 Smart Array)
- TCP/IP Services X6.0-12 for OpenVMS
- New version of OpenSSH provided separately
- VAX floating point supported by all compilers but Fortran
- Cluster Common System Disk support
- Additional open source products: OpenLDAP, Stunnel, Vgit
- Additional layered products: DECnet-Plus, DCPS
The field test is open for customers with valid support contracts; applications are accepted here.
