Introducing the New VMS Client Portal

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Client Portal, now available to all customers. The portal provides a centralized, convenient way to manage your relationship with VMS Software, bringing together everything you need in one secure location:

  • Billing and order information: view current and past orders and related details
  • News & product updates: stay informed about releases, events, and important announcements
  • Support ticket management: submit new tickets, track updates, and view ticket history
  • Software & licenses: download software, updates, and license files via the integrated Service

For both technical and procurement teams, the Client Portal is designed to support day‑to‑day operational needs, not just occasional interactions.

These features are just the beginning. We are actively expanding the Client Portal and will continue adding new functionality and improvements throughout 2026.

The Client Portal is built with enterprise‑grade security measures, including encrypted connections and strict access controls, and follows industry standards and compliance frameworks to keep customer information protected and confidential.

What is the difference between the Service Platform and the Client Portal?

Great question! The Service Platform is now integrated into the Client Portal, so you’ll find all the familiar functionality—plus more—under one login.

Originally launched four years ago, the Service Platform enabled system administrators and technical representatives to securely download software updates. Over time, it expanded to include license management, support tickets, and reseller tools with fine-grained permissions.

The Client Portal builds on this foundation, offering a one‑stop shop for both technical and procurement teams, reducing fragmentation and making it easier to manage everything related to your VMS environment from one place.

How do I get access to the Client Portal?

If you are a customer, partner (reseller or ISV), or VMS ambassador, you should have received an invitation. If you fall into one of these categories and have not received an invitation, please contact your VMS Software Account Manager for assistance.
