The self-extracting zip files contain beta test release files 
of the Linux/Unix SYSLOGD utility for VSI OpenVMS Alpha and
Integrity releases.

The file SYSLOGD-OPENVMS-04-FEB-2018.PDF contained in the
zip archive describes the basic steps for getting started
with SYSLOGD on VMS.

There is no PCSI installable kit included only the scripts,
configuration files and executables to beta test SYSLOGD.
